1.2 Orders & Pricing

  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or technical glitches.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.

1.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • Factory Direct: All machines are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s (Jura Inc.) US facility.

  • Timelines: Shipping estimates (10–14 business days) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Breadstand is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or the manufacturer.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Breadstand are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

1.4 Returns & Refunds

  • Condition: We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

  • Used Items: Due to food safety regulations, we strictly cannot accept returns on used coffee machines. Once beans or water have been introduced to the machine, the sale is final.

  • Restocking Fees: Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee to cover return shipping and insurance.

1.5 Warranty Disclaimer Breadstand is an Authorized Jura Retailer. The products sold on this site are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Jura Inc.). Breadstand makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be directed to or facilitated through Jura Inc.’s support channels.

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users.

  • Specific Disclosure: To fulfill your order, we must share your Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number with Jura Inc. (the manufacturer) for the sole purpose of drop-shipping your machine.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems.
