To ensure you receive a brand-new, perfectly calibrated machine, Breadstand does not stockpile inventory in third-party warehouses where boxes can be mishandled or aged. Every machine is fulfilled Factory Direct from the Jura US Service Center. This guarantee means your machine is the latest production model and has never been opened, returned, or tampered with.

We use insured Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx) for all machine orders. Because these are high-value precision instruments, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your investment arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number the moment the label is created at the facility.

We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Because espresso machines are food-grade appliances, we cannot accept returns on used equipment. Once beans or water have been introduced to the machine, it cannot be returned for credit.

In the rare event that your machine arrives with shipping damage, please contact us within 5 business days. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for an immediate replacement directly from the factory.

Yes. As an Authorized Jura Retailer, your machine comes with the full, valid 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This covers all parts and labor for defects. If you need service, it is performed directly by Jura’s team of Swiss-trained technicians in the USA.
